Why Professional Disposal Installation is Essential
A garbage disposal is one of the few kitchen appliances that combines high-voltage electricity with constant water flow and mechanical vibration. If installed incorrectly, even a minor misalignment at the mounting ring can lead to persistent leaks that rot your kitchen cabinets over time. Furthermore, improper plumbing connections can lead to "backflow" issues where food waste enters your dishwasher or clogs your main drainage line. Professional installation ensures that the unit is securely mounted to the sink flange, the electrical wiring is up to code, and the discharge tubes are perfectly angled for a clog-free experience.

Our Project Workflow
Our Step-by-Step Process
Removal & Flange
We carefully disconnect and remove your old unit. We clean the sink opening and install a new, high-quality mounting flange with fresh plumber's putty for a watertight seal.
Mounting & Wiring
We secure the new disposal unit and complete the electrical connections. We also ensure the dishwasher knockout is properly handled if you have a connected dishwasher.
Pressure Testing & Jam-Check
We run the unit under a heavy water load to check for leaks and ensure the motor operates smoothly without excessive vibration, leaving your sink ready for immediate use.

What our client say
SRRS Construction did an excellent job repairing several cracks in our living room ceiling. I was worried the repairs would be visible after painting, but the finish is completely smooth. They were punctual, respectful, and left the place clean. Highly recommended for drywall repair in Montreal.
David R.
